From day one, the atmosphere within our team has been open, accessible, and warm. New colleagues are welcomed with open arms and are given all the time and space they need to ease into their roles. There is no immediate pressure from the start; the focus is entirely on learning together and supporting one another.

A typical workday begins for everyone with a good cup of coffee and a chat. Although everyone has their own responsibilities, we work closely together and are always ready to help each other out. In addition, there is plenty of room for relaxation. Having lunch together or catching a breath of fresh air during an afternoon walk is a standard part of our routine.
